Patch "ima: fix hash algorithm initialization" has been added to the 4.4-stable tree

This is a note to let you know that I've just added the patch titled

    ima: fix hash algorithm initialization

to the 4.4-stable tree which can be found at:

The filename of the patch is:
     ima-fix-hash-algorithm-initialization.patch
and it can be found in the queue-4.4 subdirectory.

If you, or anyone else, feels it should not be added to the stable tree,

The hash_setup function always sets the hash_setup_done flag, even
when the hash algorithm is invalid.  This prevents the default hash
algorithm defined as CONFIG_IMA_DEFAULT_HASH from being used.

This patch sets hash_setup_done flag only for valid hash algorithms.
