    target/iscsi: Fix a race condition in iscsit_add_reject_from_cmd()

to the 3.18-stable tree which can be found at:

The filename of the patch is:

and it can be found in the queue-3.18 subdirectory.

Avoid that cmd->se_cmd.se_tfo is read after a command has already been
freed.
