This is a note to let you know that I've just added the patch titled
net: mvneta: clear interface link status on port disable
to the 4.9-stable tree which can be found at:

The filename of the patch is:
net-mvneta-clear-interface-link-status-on-port-disable.patch
and it can be found in the queue-4.9 subdirectory.

When port connect to PHY in polling mode (with poll interval 1 sec),
port and phy link status must be synchronize in order don't loss link
change event.
