This is a note to let you know that I've just added the patch titled

    net: Allow neigh contructor functions ability to modify the primary_key

to the 4.9-stable tree which can be found at:

The filename of the patch is:

and it can be found in the queue-4.9 subdirectory.

Use n->primary_key instead of pkey to account for the possibility that a neigh
constructor function may have modified the primary_key value.
