Patch "perf help: Fix a bug during strstart() conversion" has been added to the 4.14-stable tree

This is a note to let you know that I've just added the patch titled

    perf help: Fix a bug during strstart() conversion

to the 4.14-stable tree which can be found at:

The filename of the patch is:
     perf-help-fix-a-bug-during-strstart-conversion.patch
and it can be found in the queue-4.14 subdirectory.

The commit 8e99b6d4533c changed prefixcmp() to strstart() but missed to
change the return value in some place.  It makes perf help print
annoying output even for sane config items like below:

  $ perf help
  '.root': unsupported man viewer sub key.
  ...
