Patch "ACPICA: Events: Add runtime stub support for event APIs" has been added to the 4.9-stable tree

This is a note to let you know that I've just added the patch titled

    ACPICA: Events: Add runtime stub support for event APIs

to the 4.9-stable tree which can be found at:
    http://www.kernel.org/git/?p=linux/kernel/git/stable/stable-queue.git;a=summary

The filename of the patch is:
     acpica-events-add-runtime-stub-support-for-event-apis.patch
and it can be found in the queue-4.9 subdirectory.

It is reported that on Linux, RTC driver complains wrong errors on
hardware reduced platform:
  [    4.085420] ACPI Warning: Could not enable fixed event - real_time_clock (4) (20160422/evxface-654)

This patch fixes this by correctly adding runtime reduced hardware check.
Reported by Chandan Tagore, fixed by Lv Zheng.
