Subject: patch "tty/serial: atmel: Add is_half_duplex helper" added to tty-linus
Date: Thu, 28 Mar 2019 00:26:37 +0900 [thread overview]
Message-ID: <155370039792182@kroah.com> (raw)
This is a note to let you know that I've just added the patch titled
tty/serial: atmel: Add is_half_duplex helper
to my tty git tree which can be found at
git://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/gregkh/tty.git
in the tty-linus branch.
The patch will show up in the next release of the linux-next tree
(usually sometime within the next 24 hours during the week.)
The patch will hopefully also be merged in Linus's tree for the
next -rc kernel release.
If you have any questions about this process, please let me know.

Subject: tty/serial: atmel: Add is_half_duplex helper
Use a helper function to check that a port needs to use half duplex
communication, replacing several occurrences of multi-line bit checking.
Fixes: b389f173aaa1 ("tty/serial: atmel: RS485 half duplex w/DMA: enable RX after TX is done")
