The patch below does not apply to the 5.16-stable tree.
If someone wants it applied there, or to any other stable or longterm
tree, then please email the backport, including the original git commit

The MacBook Air 8,1 and 8,2 also need querying of LE Tx power
to be disabled for Bluetooth to work.
