NOTE: This is the LAST 3.8.y kernel release to be done by me. After
this one, it is end-of-life. You should have moved on to the 3.9.y
kernel series by now.

This is the start of the stable review cycle for the 3.8.13 release.
There are 73 patches in this series, all will be posted as a response
to this one. If anyone has any issues with these being applied, please
let me know.
Responses should be made by Sat May 11 22:26:18 UTC 2013.
Anything received after that time might be too late.
