Subject: [PATCH 3.17 055/146] Revert "lzo: properly check for overruns"
Date: Tue, 28 Oct 2014 11:33:17 +0800 [thread overview]
Message-ID: <20141028033345.790957477@linuxfoundation.org> (raw)
In-Reply-To: <20141028033343.441992423@linuxfoundation.org>
3.17-stable review patch. If anyone has any objections, please let me know.
------------------
From: Willy Tarreau <w@1wt.eu>
commit af958a38a60c7ca3d8a39c918c1baa2ff7b6b233 upstream.
This reverts commit 206a81c ("lzo: properly check for overruns").
As analysed by Willem Pinckaers, this fix is still incomplete on
certain rare corner cases, and it is easier to restart from the
original code.
