I still have 200+ patches to go through for the 4.2-stable series. Patches that are submitted for -rc1 merging obviously must not be all that series for maintainers, otherwise they would have gotten them merged into the -final release, so take it up with the author/maintainer of this patch :) In other words, be patient, it will make it into some future 4.2-stable release. If you _must_ have this patch now, it's trivial for you to add it to your own kernels that you build. thanks, greg k-h
