Please add the following
upstream commit 97e5ed1111dcc5300a0f59a55248cd243937a8ab
This is creating a lot of unnecessary ERROR messages that can be
quieted and is being addressed upstream, these errors are harmless
according to Ville.

preemptive ack from my side to wherever it's needed - we did not apply
real fixes for this issues in upstream, it's really just a patch to
shut up noise.
