Oh that's just crazy...

And, an attempt to include <linux/pagemap.h> results in an include loop
preventing that from working properly.

Ugh, how about I just leave this as-is until someone for that arch
actually cares enough to fix it up?  Playing include-file-whack-a-mole
is not a fun thing to do...
