commit 860f01e96981a68553f3ca49f574ff14fe955e72 upstream.
Please apply the above commit from the Linus tree to 4.9 LTS,
it fixes a double reboot issue we have on the servers with
IPMI watchdog hardware.

I've applied it to 4.12, 4.9, 4.4, and 3.18 stable trees, thanks.
