363fa4e078cb: f2fs: don't allow encrypted operations without keys
They are needed to fix an xfstests failure: generic/419.

Neither of these apply to the 3.18-stable tree :(

Sorry, I thought these didn't require any special backports, but I
may have lost track. Yes, I have working backports of all of my
requests on the ext4.git tree:
ext4-3.18.74-1
ext4-4.1.44-1
ext4-4.4.91-1
ext4-4.9.54-1
These are all signed tags, with the results of the xfstests runs in
the signed tag, i.e:
https://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/tytso/ext4.git/tag/?h=ext4-3.18.74-1

Oh, right. Sorry, 3.18 doesn't have encryption support at all.
I originally did the encryption work in 3.18, but it didn't land until
3.19 or 4.0. So these should only be applicable for 4.1+, and I'm not
sure if f2fs encryption was in 4.1 (but you don't care about 4.1, so
that should be fine). :-)
