Subject: [PATCH 4.14 2/5] perf tools: Fix kernel_start for PTI on x86
Date: Wed, 21 Nov 2018 15:52:44 +0200 [thread overview]
Message-ID: <20181121135247.23304-3-adrian.hunter@intel.com> (raw)
In-Reply-To: <20181121135247.23304-1-adrian.hunter@intel.com>
commit 19422a9f2a3be7f3a046285ffae4cbb571aa853a upstream.
On x86_64, PTI entry trampolines are less than the start of kernel text,
but still above 2^63. So leave kernel_start = 1ULL << 63 for x86_64.
