Yes, according to my results file, it should have been applied:
stable/results/vendor-sony-xperia-aosp-LA.UM.7.1.r1-phase-2.txt
20d8e8611eb0 stable-linux-4.4.y stable-linux-4.9.y \
stable-linux-4.14.y stable-linux-4.19.y
I can't think why it was dropped. Perhaps it didn't apply, although I
usually fight to get them applied if at all possible.
Are you able to apply it?
