FAILED: patch "[PATCH] drm/amd/display: Set minimum requirement for using PSR-SU on" failed to apply to 6.1-stable tree

If someone wants it applied there, or to any other stable or longterm
tree, then please email the backport, including the original git commit

Subject: [PATCH] drm/amd/display: Set minimum requirement for using PSR-SU on
 Phoenix

The same parade TCON issue can potentially happen on Phoenix, and the same
PSR resilience changes have been ported into the DMUB firmware.

Don't allow running PSR-SU unless on the newer firmware.
