Subject: [PATCH 4.19 02/25] i40e: Fix filter input checks to prevent config with invalid values
Date: Sat, 13 Jan 2024 10:49:43 +0100	[thread overview]
Message-ID: <20240113094205.105952606@linuxfoundation.org> (raw)
In-Reply-To: <20240113094205.025407355@linuxfoundation.org>

4.19-stable review patch. If anyone has any objections, please let me know.

From: Sudheer Mogilappagari <sudheer.mogilappagari@intel.com>

[ Upstream commit 3e48041d9820c17e0a51599d12e66c6e12a8d08d ]

Prevent VF from configuring filters with unsupported actions or use
REDIRECT action with invalid tc number. Current checks could cause
out of bounds access on PF side.
