Subject: [PATCH] spi: cadence-quadspi: fix unclocked access on unbind

Make sure that the controller is runtime resumed before disabling it
during driver unbind to avoid an unclocked register access.

This issue was flagged by Sashiko when reviewing a controller
deregistration fix.
