Almost all builds fail.

drivers/scsi/sg.c:1788:6: error: 'MAX_UIOVEC' undeclared

arch/x86/kvm/vmx.c: In function 'vmx_set_cr4':
arch/x86/kvm/vmx.c:3562:3: error: implicit declaration of function 'cr4_read_shadow'

drivers/idle/intel_idle.c:137:3: error: unknown field 'enter_freeze' specified in initializer

drivers/media/platform/exynos-gsc/gsc-core.c:57:16: error: 'MEDIA_BUS_FMT_YUYV8_2X8' undeclared here
(and other similar errors)

Much better now, but still failing:

mips (all builds)
