[PATCH] drm/amdgpu: drop experimental flag on aldebaran

[PATCH] drm/amdgpu: drop experimental flag on aldebaran

These have been at production level for a while. Drop
the flag.

This should have gone back to 5.15 at the time, but got
missed, so let's change it now so users don't have to
specify the module parameter.
