"sd: Fix rw_max for devices that report an optimal xfer size"
(https://patchwork.kernel.org/patch/9128591/) patch is using the optimal
transfer size for maximum read/write transfer size and this somehow is
limiting the transfer size to much smaller size on UFS devices.
Reverting this patch should help with UFS devices.
