Android:
- bootstd: Implement bootimage v2 support
- bootstd: Support non-A/B in bootmeth_android
- Migrate VIM3 and VIM3L to use bootmeth_android
- bootstd: Additional test for bootimage v2
- bootstd: Optimize load time when reading partitions
