I wonder if u-boot supports IBM PPC405EP evaluation board. 

I have checked u-boot-0.4.0 supporting list and found two boards with PPC405EP processor. They are the BUBINGA405EP and ASH405. I could not find any further detail spec about these borads, and can not verify if anyone of them is IBM PPC405EP evaluation board. 

Anyone can help would be highly appreciated.

Yes, BUBINGA405EP is the IBM eval board for the PPC405EP. I don't know
if it works, since I don't have a board here. But in general the
PPC405EP port is working. We have several custom boards with the 405EP
running (the ASH405 is one of them).
