Even if I don't update patchset version to V2 this patch is replaced by next

I need to add a modification to avoid the remaining error

+The following new ad-hoc CONFIG options were detected:
+CONFIG_STV0991

CONFIG_STV0991 was never used in code but define in autoconfig by
  CONFIG_SYS_EXTRA_OPTIONS="STV0991"
