Applying this patch will crash existing AT91RM9200 boards since the
subroutines will be defined in two files.
board/<board>/at45.c must not be built.
Also, it is not recommended to run the SPI faster than 5 Mbps
unless you really know what you are doing.
The at45split patch is still in the patch queue, and Peter said he
should be able to review it this week.
