Sure, just follow the instructions in README on how to submit a patch
and post the patch to this list.

Hi,

The attached file is a patch for our board called debris.
It has 350MHz MPC8245 processor,
128Mbyte SDRAM,
16Mbyte Flash,
1Mbyte EPROM,
4 10/100BASE-T Ethernet ports(82551ER),
4 UARTs(16C554),
and CompactPCI Interface(21154)

I think It can be a good example for those who want 
64-bit(data bus width) flash interface.
I also patched cpu/mpc824x/speed.c so that the speed 
of the board can be correctly reported.
I would be appreciate if this patch is included in 
u-boot CVS tree.
