We've tested this at TI.  Thanks for the patch.  Sandeep, can you
apply this to the TI staging tree?

There would be more consistency with a dpll5_init_36xx() function, but
that would seem like a waste of code space.  Is there a reason we'd
need to use "ptr = (struct dpll_per_36x_param
*)get_36x_per_dpll_param();"?
