[U-Boot] [PATCH] MPC8xxx: Define cache ops for USB

[Marek Vasut]

This patch conditionally defines flush_dcache_range() and
invalidate_dcache_range() on MPC8xxx, to avoid EHCI complaining,
resulting in the following output:

And why are they just dummy functions? There are cache flush instructions for ppc

There is a "cache.c" at the path "arch/powerpc/lib", and I think it may
be better to put those dummy functions in this file.

Honestly, I'm now quite sure about that. As some other PPC CPUs might have 
different cache management functions implemented? I'll check it though, thanks 
for the hint, I'm no powerpc expert ;-)
