[U-Boot] [PATCH 2/2] SPL: ONENAND: Support SPL to boot u-boot from OneNAND.

This patch will allow use SPL to boot an u-boot from the OneNAND.

Tested with IGEPv2 board with a OneNAND from Numonyx.
