This is Off-Topic here! You can access your Flash using the MTD device structure from Linux: http://www.linux-mtd.infradead.org/ Regards, -- Clemens Koller __________________________________ R&D Imaging Devices Anagramm GmbH Rupert-Mayer-Stra?e 45/1 Linhof Werksgel?nde D-81379 M?nchen Tel.089-741518-50 Fax 089-741518-19 http://www.anagramm-technology.com ^ permalink raw reply [flat|nested] 3+ messages in thread

I have a writtable JFFS2 partition on a NAND flash. I find that mounting the JFFS2 partition is very slow (about 5 minutes for a partition of 8MB having 133 files) compare with running under Linux. The MMU is not enabled, neither the DCache. Should I enable MMU and DCache ? How can I do that ? I've checked the source code on Linux, and it seems very complex. I'm working on a ARM 926 ejs core and I'm using UBoot V1.1.6. Thanks for your help, Yves ^ permalink raw reply [flat|nested] 3+ messages in thread
