This series rebases my exynos config_distro_*.h patches as requested.
Baseline is u-boot.git#master 11ada9225a16 (ahead of current
u-boot-samsung).
I also included "Increase command line buffer size (CONFIG_SYS_CBSIZE)"
which was previously posted separately.
