Hello,

this series does the following improvements to the OpenCores 10/100 Mbps
driver:
- add Kconfig symbol for the driver;
- add DM_ETH support;
- add device tree support;
- add optional phylib support;
- add support for configurations with private packet memory;
- clean up virtual/physical address usage.
