This series move configs code used by different i.MX6 SOM's into
single config file, include/configs/imx6-engicam.h
(1) Generate single config file imx6-engicam.h
(2) Drop 4 som based config files
(3) Add Kconfig entry for PHY_MICREL_KSZ9021
