[U-Boot-Users] [PATCH] update to "tools/bddb"

This patch contains an update to the php code in "tools/bddb". I doubt
anyone is actually using this code, but its a good reference, and besides
if it isn't going to be kept up-to-date, it should be removed. Cheers!
