[U-Boot-Users] [PATCH] fix typo in mkconfig script

This patch fixes a typo in the "mkconfig" script. The operator "==" is used
instead of "=", which works with bash's built-in "test" (aka "[") but not
with solaris "/bin/sh" i.e. the script is no-longer standard bourne shell
compatible. Cheers!
