[U-Boot-Users] [PATCH] - fix minor nit in 8260 FCC ethernet loopback test code

In the 8260 FCC ethernet loopback test code, frames are deliberately sent
as broadcast packets, and then any incoming frame is treated as having an
error if it is a broadcast packet. This patch ignores the BC status bit on
received frames. Cheers!
