Hi all, 

I have a problem in fec_send() function of the fec.c
driver for FEC on 852T processor.
The PHY I have is LXT971 and the MDC clock I am
running is at 2.5Mhz. 

The ARP packet is written to the Tx buffer but is not
being sent out, what could be the problems
