After add 128k to size of u-boot.bin, the u-boot with
JFFS2 configure comes up serial port.
I could run setenv and saveenv command.

in ../board/ppc405epvv/config.mk, 
changed from TEXT_BASE = 0xFFFE0000 to 0xFFFC0000  
add 128k.

also:
in ../include/configs/PPC405EPVV.h changed from:
#define CFG_MONITOR_BASE        0xFFFE0000      /*
last 128 kB */  
to 0xFFFC0000, /*last 256K */.

changed from
#define CFG_MONITOR_LEN         (128 * 1024) 
to 256*1024
