I am starting with Motorola 5200lite board.
Which onfig target should I provide to makefile to
create u-boot image for this board.
Over DULG FAQs I got to doc suggesting
$ make 5200LITE_LOWBOOT_config
but I do not find it in the u-boot 1.1.2 distribution.

because it's not there ;)
try i.e.
make icecube_5200_config
Check the MAKEALL file for valid targets...
