I have made a Yaffs image, but I don't know how to config u-boot to
support Yaffs. Who can give me any suggestion?

U-Boot has no YAFFS fs support right now. The only thing you can do, is 
read/write YAFFS binary images from/to the NAND FLASH using the U-Boot NAND 
commands.
