a patch to the USB OHCI support for Au1x00 CPUs which fix currently
broken driver. The driver as been tested on au1100 based board.

Note that I have copied file ?au1x00_usb_ohci.h? from
?cpu/mpc5xxx/usb_ohci.h? since current patch is derived from
?cpu/mpc5xxx/usb_ohci.c?.

Also I modified file ?include/usb.h? for better code reading.

As already suggested as soon as possbile I'll start working on merging
all ohci drivers into one file ?common/usb_ohci.c? since they are just
the same apart few changes depending on the used platform.

I'll test my modifications on my au1100 based board hoping someone
will test the other platforms. :)
