Hi,
We are running uboot fine for J3 8MB flash S3C2410. We are currently
updating the J3 flash to 16 MB chip, where should we change the uboot
configuration file to accommodate 16 MB J3 flash?

Are you currently using the common CFI flash driver? If yes, you most likely
only have to change the chip select settings of you CPU to match the bigger
address space.

Yes, we are using CFI flash driver.
