Hi, 

as you might have noticed, the end of the merge window has come,  but
actually  no  merging  took place at all. I apologize to to everybody
for being so unresponsive in the last few weeks. I had to learn  that
it  was  a  bad  idea  to  open  a  merge window in a time where many
companies have the end of their fiscal year and need to get out  last
minute  orders  very,  very  urgently.  [Seems the end of the year is
always a big surprise to many of them.]

I hope to find a few silent nights to get some real work done in  the
following  weeks,  but  it  seems necessary to me to extend the merge
window to give everybody a real chance to stay in sync.

If there are no serious protests I suggest to keep this merge window
open until January 10, 2008.

ACK!  This is Open Source, we don't live by no stinkin' schedules, code 
is released when it is ready (or when Wolfgang is ready, or early and 
often, or something ;-).

Fine with me. Please feel free to ignore the merge request I sent
earlier; now that the merge window has been extended, I want to add
NGW100 board support as well (after the CFI updates have been merged.)

Or just pull it and I'll send you another request when I get back to
work in january. I'll notice if you did so when I rebase my tree.
