Add Fujitsu CoralP/Lime video driver and also
fix video console newline and carriage return
handling.
This driver is known to work with Fujitsu CoralP
PCI Eval. Board on sequoia board. It also works
with lwmon5 board.

This was more than three months ago, but I haven't seen a pull
request or other reaction from you since. I would like to see this
patch go in the next release. Can you please comment?

I completely miss this patch, sorry! In the last months I had several
problems on my job and I reduced my activity on the ML. :'(

and for the fixing of video console newline and carriage return
