It doesn't use the generic NAND code (nor do I see any evidence that it resembles standard NAND flash at all), and I'm not familiar with SPI flash, so I'm inclined to decline responsibility for that part of the tree. It should probably go directly via you, in the absence of a general MTD maintainer. -Scott
