Just tried it: U-Boot doesn't support reassembly, it seems.

net.c confirms it:

                /* Can't deal with fragments */
                if (ip->ip_off & htons(IP_OFFS | IP_FLAGS_MFRAG)) {
                        return;
                }

I don't think it's worth adding.
