* changed order of functions to avoid forward declarations
* removed packed attribute from structures of 32 bit integers
* removed declaration of prototypes of get_XCLK()

* use DECLARE_GLOBAL_DATA_PTR at file level
* renamed MACH_TYPE to CONFIG_MACH_TYPE
* use memcpy instead of copying the exception vectors manually
* added file header to board config file
