[U-Boot] [PATCH 0/5] Make u-boot a bit easier for newbies to port

After learning a bit about u-boot I created this series of patches
that I thought would help people port u-boot in the future. Patches
range from adding documentation for things that weren't immediately
obvious to me, up to checking to make sure that values that are
essential to booting the kernel are at least written to once and
haven't been forgotten.

Christopher Harvey (5):
  Added documentation for CONFIG_SYS_TEXT_BASE for ARM.
  Added extra documentation about how the relocation address to RAM is
    picked for ARM.
  Removed unused define, CONFIG_ARMV7.
  Don't compile in large memory test function by default.
  Warn when the machine ID isn't passed to an ARM kernel and u-boot is
    compiled in debug mode. The kernel cannot boot without it.
